Acting as developer and designer, this former 1900's school house was converted into 20 loft style apartments, located in the Uptown neighborhood of New Orleans.  CiTe, LLC addtionally managed construction, condominium conversion, sales and marketing of this entire complex.

Project Size: 5,000 sqft 

Constructed in the early 1800's, this former banana warehouse is located in New Orleans' Vieux Carre' District.  The upper two floors were renovated to include 3 loft style urban dwelling units.  Exposed bricks, wood beams and wood floors were incorporated in the design to add warmth and enhance the open floor plan feel.  Exterior balconies and galleries were added and were designed specifically to meet the standards of the Vieux Carre' Authority. CiTe, LLC additionally managed construction, condominium conversion, sales and marketing of this entire complex.

Acting as developer and designer, this once blighted city block located in the Uptown neighborhood of New Orleans,  was revitalized through the construction of three new single family residences.

Acting as developer and designer, this former grand multi-family home was converted into 4 high end apartments, located on historic St. Charles Avenue in  New Orleans.  CiTe, LLC addtionally managed construction, condominium conversion, sales and marketing of this entire complex.
